Use a toothbrush to remove loose glass if you don't have a protector. Grab a clean toothbrush. Then, use a toothbrush to firmly brush the cracked area using back-and-forth strokes. Once the tape is completely covering your screen, smooth it out using the pads of your fingers to ensure it sticks. Prepare adhesive and activator (if applicable). Open the adhesive and, if relevant, the activator according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Apply activator (if applicable). If you are using an activator, apply it to both surfaces unless otherwise indicated. Wait until it has dried completely, then proceed with the adhesive. Simply enlarge the cracks slightly using a scraper (fillers don't work well in hairline cracks), dust off and fill with a suitable product such as Polycell Trade Interior filler. Dampen the hole or crack with water - this will help the filler to bond. Allow the filler to dry fully, then rub down smooth and dust off to create a clean, smooth.
